Jimmy, Dave, and Sean have never left their neighbourhood, and indeed little has changed in their suburb except their attitudes to each other, which were forever tarnished by a tragic event from their youth. All are married an have kids, so when Jimmy's 19-year-old girl is murdered, he turns to Sean, who works as a policeman. However, he wants revenge no matter how his police 'friend' wants to handle the situation.
