Evil Joe and his Gang of Five, wreak havoc on Inspector Wing's unit of the Hong Kong Police Force. The entire team is murdered, with only Wing surviving. Guilt and grief drive him to alcoholism. A young Police Officer convinces Wing to get back on his feet again so they can get revenge on Joe and his gang.
