A wannabe dad (Shawn Wayans) is so eager to become a father that he mistakes a short-statured, baby-faced man who is also a vertically challenged criminal on the lam (Marlon Wayans) for an abandoned child.The new dad and his wife (Kerry Washington) take the 'baby' back home and want to take care of him.But the baby's accomplice disrupts the happy family to set up his partner-in-crime and recover a stolen diamond.
