The story of Jerzy and Helena Kulej – the most colourful marriage of Poland in the 1960s. He – a legendary boxer, double European champion and eight-time Polish champion, who was the only Polish boxer to win two Olympic gold medals and although he never fell on the boards, he fell more than once in his life. She – a strong woman who always stood by his side, but did not want to remain in his shadow forever. This is a multi-dimensional story of an athlete, his triumphs in the ring, the colour of the era, but also a story about the turbulent fate of the Kulej marriage, in which great love was put to the test of coping with great success.
