When a number of legendary treasures from around the world are stolen by master-criminal the Tornado, Chief Inspector Dreyfus is forced to assign Clouseau to a crack team of international detectives and experts charged with catching the thief and retrieving the stolen artifacts which now include the legendary Pink Panther diamond.
