Samir, an Arab-American, is arrested and jailed whilst trying to negotiate an arms-deal in Yemen. He and his client, Omar, become close during their time in jail and after Omar's people hatch a successful escape plan, Omar uses skills he learned with US Special Forces to mastermind a bomb attack at the US consulate in Nice. Following this eye-catching attack the two men together devise a plan to bomb 50 buses on Thanksgiving, however a resourceful agent is on their tail in a race against time to avert disaster.
