Hitman Joe travels to Bangkok on a mission to take out four targets. When he arrives, he hires Kong, a young pickpocket, as his assistant, and meets a beautiful, albeit deaf and dumb girl. Initially he carries out his work without any trace of emotion, but Kong's constant questions about whether the victims are bad people pricks his conscience, which leads to him hestitating about shooting his fourth target - a popular politician - and brings down the wrath of his bosses.
