This remake of the 1997 Austrian film of the same name sees middle-class housewife Anna, her husband George and ten-year old son Georgie subjected to violence and torture at their lakeside holiday home.The white gloved strangers who bring the violence and death to the house, are used alongside the family to explore the effects which our media has on our reactions and actions involving violence and how these have shaped our culture today.
