When a Vegas cab driver picks up a couple of teens with super-natural powers he becomes embroiled in a race against the government, mobsters and even extraterrestrials to unravel the secrets of Witch Mountain, a mysterious and secret place in the middle of the Nevada desert where unexplained phenomena and strange sightings have troubled locals for years.
