In 1975, Josey Aimes () takes a job at a Minnesota iron mine. But, she and other female miners have to endure harassment from male co-workers, ranging from verbal taunts to pornographic graffiti and worse. About ten years later, Aimes eventually decides to file suit, until she wins a landmark legal decision.
