When notorious robber and outlaw Ben Wade is finally captured, local rancher and ex-civil war veteran, Dan Evans in coerced into looking after him until the 3.10 to Yuma arrives to take Wade to his trial. When Wade's fellow outlaws discover where he is being held, violence ensues, but can Evans keep his prisoner in check, in this remake of the 1957 classic.
