Lee and Carter are back, but this time they are in Paris. Lee is looking after the Chinese Ambassador, but the job goes wrong and the Ambassador gets shot. Carter overhears the saga on a radio and jumps to help. The duo have to find out who is responisble and why, all the while attempting to evade French police and Chinese Triads out to get them.
