Derek Charles is a hard working, successful man, employed as an asset manager. He is married to the beautiful Sharon, with whom he has one son, and couldn't be happier. As a result of all of his hard work at the office, he is even given a huge promotion. But, his good fortune is about to come grinding to a halt as he is saddled with a temporary worker who is both attractive and smart, and who begins to develop a soft spot for her tall, dark and handsome boss. As what appeared to be a simple crush turns into a heavy pursuit, everything Derek has worked so hard for is placed in jeopardy.
