The adaptation of Evelyn Waugh's story about two best friends, Charles Ryder and Sebastian Flyte, as they start their degrees at Oxford. Sebastian is of terribly high estate, but struggles with the pressures of mixing young-adult life, with the academic expectations of Oxford. Whilst the grounded Charles pursues his own ambitions at the same time as protecting his closest friend.
