A collection of connected short stories set in 1983 Los Angeles, featuring movie execs, rock stars, a vampire and other morally challenged characters in tales highlighted by sex, drugs and violence. Connecting the intertwining strands are a group of beautiful, blonde young men and women who sleep all day and party all night, doing drugs and one another, without realising they are dancing on a ticking time bomb.
