Wishing to make a good impression, Juan starts his new job in a high-security prison one day early. Bad timing! He has hardly arrived when he finds himself in the middle of a riot. No one knows him and chance allows him to pass himself off as a prisoner. He can thus approach the leader of the rebellion. When members of ETA are taken hostage, the situation takes a political turn and the government gets involved.
