REGULATIONS & GUIDELINES CORONAVIRUS


The safety of our visitors and employees is our main priority. We follow the regulations and guidelines provided by the RIVM.

THE MOST IMPORTANT REGULATIONS

  • It is only possible to buy tickets online
  • You can pick your own seat online. The seating is regulated; there are always enough empty chairs reserved around your chosen seat. Note: For Tuschinski theatre hall 1, online seating is not possible, an employee in the cinema will guide you to your seat.
  • There is a maximum capacity of 30 visitors per theatre hall. Visitors who have previously bought a ticket for a show that has been cancelled, will be contacted by our customer service.
  • Composition of company: You may visit Pathe with a total of four people. Children under the age of 12, households and teenagers up to 18 years old are an exception. Other groups are obliged to keep 1,5 meter distance.
  • You're welcome to use the restrooms during the screening
  • Our employees wear facemasks. We strongly advice our visitors to wear a facemask, when moving through the theatre.
  • Our cafés, shops and buffets are temporarily closed due to the new government regulations. You are allowed to bring your own snacks (popcorn, chips etc). Opened foods such as sandwiches, fastfood and pizza are not allowed. Alcohol is also not allowed. Bringing your own snacks is a temporary exception and will be disregarded once the government regulations change.
  • Our air ventilation is on par with the legal standards. The air in our theatres does not get recirculated back into the theatre and is completely refreshed every ten minutes.

THESE ARE ALL THE REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES OF OUR 1,5 METER PROTOCOL

We are glad that we can welcome our visitors again with these regulations. A visit to the cinema will be a bit different from what you are used to. However, it is our priority to offer our visitors a pleasant cinema experience, with regards of their safety. Our employees will do their best to help our visitors with the required regulations and guidelines. We do it together. So be kind to each other.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

  • Buy your tickets prior to your visit online via our website or app. It’s currently not possible to buy tickets in the cinema
  • Don’t come to the cinema if you have any symptoms of COVID-19
  • Composition of company: You may visit Pathe with a total of four people. Children under the age of 12, households and teenagers up to 18 years old are an exception. Other groups are obliged to keep 1,5 meter distance.
  • The movie program is regulated: this way we minimize the influx of our visitors at the same moment
  • You can choose a seat in advance in the online ticketing process. The 1,5 meter guidelines are applied in the seating options. Note: it is not possible to choose a seat in the ticketprocess for room 1 in Pathé Tuschinski.

  • Prior to your visit we will ask you questions about your health. This will be done via an online questionnaire per e-mail.

DURING YOUR VISIT

Your visit to Pathé will be a bit different from what you are used to. Read the following guidelines carefully before your visit to Pathé.
  • Don’t come earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the movie. This way we can regulate the flow of visitors.
  • Keep 1,5 meter distance during your visit from other visitors and our employees
  • Pay contactless and with PIN
  • An employee will place the visitors in the cinema room and guide the visitors when leaving the cinema.
  • Throughout the cinema you will see the guidelines referred to on posters and signs.
  • Leave the cinema directly after the movie is over. This happens under guidance of our employees
  • In case our shops have to remain closed for a longer period of time, we will extend the validity of all All Stars vouchers. 

AFTER YOUR VISIT

When leaving the cinema please beware of yourself and other visitors. Once your return home wash your hands. The coronavirus and the situation where we’re in at this moment, brings uncertainty and questions.
